Herotel technical support non- existing

Have had no wi- fi connection from Herotel Tshwane for 3 days. We have logged numerous tickets, sent emails and made phone calls. Absolutely no respons, just empty promises. Have even been promised to escalate the prblem for technical support. Still no technician or even a phone call. Very disappointing service.
