Herotel sucks

Herotel are hot concerned about sorting out customers interruptions. They are concerned more with the R500 all out fee they charge every time.

I have been on the fone with them for several hours in the past 2 days. Nothing is solve. Their WhatsApp line is also a joke as there is no response.

I would not advise anyone to have them as a service provider.
