Herotel signal strength

I'm for over 4 year a customer of Herotel Kroonstad KCPOT042. about an month ago there was a burst pipe. when Moqhaka come to fix the pipe they cut the wifi cable off. and since then we are struggling with signal strength. I keep on phoning them, but they never come back to me. I try phone and e-mail, but it is off they don't care. I'm looking for a other service provider maybe they don't need old customer any more. But when I do change Herotel must come and took there pull out of my yard also
