Herotel should be Zerotel

We are only struggling with the herotel service. Previously we did not really have any problems with their service, sometimes they took their time to come and fix an issue but nowadays we have almost no service. If you try to call to report an issue the phone is just ringing, with no response until it cuts off no options for technical support or accounts. Previously we received notifications if service was going to be down in the area, but now nothing, even the whatsapp service is almost non existent, "We've received your WhatsApp and our Team will attend to your inquiry shortly. Your patience is highly appreciated." Is the response I get from them!! I cannot speak to a person I have to communicate with a computer, I have no patience left.

No comunication from their side. We have almost no cellphone service and are therefore relying on herotel to be able to work and to communicate with clients but we cannot rely on them. I have to drive to get cellphone service to contact Herotel and then they take their time to respond to me or I get the following response on Whatsapp "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please accept our apologies. " Our Internet is on and off and when you get ahold of Herotel at long last its on again and they tell you they cannot find a problem, please reboot the rooter and see if it's working. This is unacceptable, we are paying for a service that is only available at certain times not 24/7 as other's supposed to be.
