Herotel - Shocking Service

Absolutely shocking service in the Upper Highway area of Durban. Don't waste your time using them - they make Telkom look good. Was without wifi for a month - still paid my monthly bill - made excuses every day as to why their techs could not come and then said they were terminating our account because there was no clear line of site with their tower - this after using them for the past 6 years without a problem but under the Airband banner. After quoting us R5000 to put a pole in a different part of our garden and getting us to dig up half our garden to run new cables because they assured us the new position would work! My neighbour had the same unfortunate experience and had gone to the expense of having a very large tree felled at the Herotel tech staffs insistance. Basically they aren't interested in your business and I don't think that they have staff that are competent to deal with their technical issues.
