Herotel service pathetic

I have phoned Herotel for the past two months and despite pressing 9 for a callback after being put on hold for 15 minutes in the hope of actually getting to speak to someone. I also have sent three emails trying to get cancellations to phone me back, I get a computer generated response that says it will be dealt with soon. But after two months it seems this company does not have customer service.They don't deserve even half a star. If you are looking for fibre , look elsewhere.
