Herotel service

Herotel's service and agents suck big time and it's bad. I asked for help on their WhatsApp line and the agent (Nkosinathi) took literally an hour to help me with sweet nothing after having waited for over an hour to get help. I waited for almost 3 hours to get no help at all. I wouldn't advise anyone to use or subscribe with Herotel. Worst service ever👎👎👎
