Herotel service

I have fibre with herotel - great service but I called today to request that their discs on my roof be moved because I'm doing alterations to my house. We get to the reading me the T&C's and he says I will have to pay R3.50 per km for them to come - from Worcester and I live in Montagu. The return mileage is over 150 km. There are Herotel bakkies in town everyday! So because i want to lodge a complaint I get transferred to Customer Care and no one answers the phone! I am happy to pay for the job to be done, I am not happy to pay over R500 before I pay for them to move the dishes.
