Herotel: Recurring connectivity problems and poor customer support

Worst internet provider ever. Constant outages sometimes up to 4 times a week and outage time ranges from one day to more. Every time it is the same problem from their side, which is a tower outage. Then the entire district that connects to the tower is down. People have been complaining for years about the same issue, but they do nothing to permanently resolve the problem. “Great customer care”, I mean this sarcastically.

Support call centre unavailable during these outages.

They increase their service prices, yet no service is delivered.

Do not use Herotel if you have other options. I can’t wait for Starlink to be available in South Africa.
