Terrible customer service!! No call backs or updates on why the WiFi is out or when it will be restored. Doesn’t seem like they know why the WiFi is down since people living down the street has workable WiFi but our complex is faulty. Tickets get issued for the WiFi errors but no feedback.

Would definitely not recommend…
