Herotel Poorest Service Provider in Potchefstroom

We've purchased a house which my daughter was renting. The owner was registered with Herotel and we asked at the end of February 2025 with his permission that the account be transferred to us. We completed all the documentation and sent it to ***. We received a phone call confirming that the transfer will take place on the 31st of March 2025. Nothing! My daughter and our tenant has been without WiFi since the 1st of April 2025. When we log in to the account they created for us, there is no package no debit has gone off our account and it has been a struggle to get hold of Herotel ever since. On phone on email on WhatsApp, NOTHING, no answer, no reply! Poorest of Poor Service Provider!!!!! Don't EVER use them!
