HEROTEL POOR SERVICE!

Herotel my WIFI service provider in the Elgin valley, without communication ,blocked my IP address to the FNB website. 3/4 of a day wasted on phones and talking to consultants eventually resolved the problem and I was able to transact. I have asked several Herotel consultants to explain what happened, but they simply say it has been escalated! A lot of energy and time was spent and I demand an answer. I have mailed them a complaint. Given that I pay a year in advance, the least I expect is a mail or phone call. Swak Herotel!!
