Herotel poor service (****)

After using Herotel for three weeks with no problems, my wifi suddenly stopped working during the day. I then I laid a complaint on their toll free landline and was told that there's a network outage in our area so we should wait till the next day. I called again on the next day and was told the same thing but when I told them that everyone else in our area has Wifi but us, the lady then gave me a different excuse. I was then promised that the maintenance guy will come and fix the problem but he never came. I then realise that on the Herotel client group a lot of people are having the same problem. It seems like Herotel Wifi works only for a few weeks/days then never works again. If you are looking for a Wifi provider I suggest you look for another one because it seems like most of us have been ****med by this company . 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
