HEROTEL POOR SERVICE

WOULD I RECOMMEND HEROTEL, NEVER IN A 100 YEARS, SIGNAL IS AS BAD AS THEIR SERVICE!!!

I did originally write a semi positive report regarding the service from Herotel and I did get a response. Dennis, the Herotel technician, came to my house and sold me a story about upgrading to a higher monthly payment which would increase my signal strength. I unfortunately believed him and agreed to the higher monthly instalment and obviously since then the signal has not improved and obviously the technician is no longer taking my calls. I would advise anyone falling for the upgrade to a better signal at a cost to be very wary, it’s a load of hogwash. Herotel's signal is poor and their service is as poor and all they are interested in is higher monthly premium. Be warned. Jack Paul.
