Herotel poor internet service provider

"I am a Herotel customer paying for 50 Mbps. I have just measured the speed using Herotel's recommended app: Download: 1.79 Mbps and Upload: 29.6 Mbps at 13:29 on 20 December 2024. I have not measured this speed in the last month. I work from my home office with daily Teams meetings and can seldom complete these using Herotel. I am forced to rely on my cellular service provider. Moving forward, I will regularly post the signal strength as a formal complaint on Hello Peter as lodging complaints with the helpdesk does not help.
