HEROTEL - Poor Customer Service

Poor service. Still waiting for Herotel to link our wifi. Request was put in on 28.03.2024 and today is the 6th of May with no idea when it will be finalized. Customer service is appalling as no one gives you feedback and its seems that they just dont care. Would not recommend.
