Herotel pathetic service

Worst ever service and feedback. Been battling with a signal and network issue since late last year. A technician came out and changed the direction of my satellite. Eversince my signal is almost non existent. Feedback from their support deptcon emaols is non existent. Delays due to rain and then no further feedback for more than a month is pathetic. You dont even deserve 1 star.
