Herotel - overpriced and under deliver worst service ever

Do not make use of herotel. They overpriced their service is pathetic, and most of the time, your internet will run less than what you are paying for . After telling them I no longer require their services because I found a better deal where I have 50mbps for half of what I paid for for their 4mbps line they told me to give a month notice . Bare in mind that this the same company that tells you they will put your wifi of when it's a few days late. Anyways now I gotta fill in a cancellation form which I did and then they magically never received it . Sent it 4 times and they pretending never to have received it to go over the date of they dnt do cancellations after the 10th....how desperate can a Company be ....wish you all the best in the future coz u gonna need it ur service suck and ur prices u fail to see what your competitors are offering because you are arrogant and simply just lazy and that attitude will be the reason your doors close
