Herotel not worthy my money

Herotel safrikom Potchefstroom before herotel took over safrikom it was a pleasure to do business with them. I tried to get my account to be frozen for the moth of November. Email them to do this as I am working and am not able to us a phone while working. They did not do this tried to make an arrangement to pay every thing in January. They said that Herotel head office informed them they are not aloud to make any payment arrangements.....I have been with them for more than 2 years never missed a payment....now my service is suspended and when we have service it's slower than the speed they I pay for.
