Herotel NOT a hero!

Just installed Herotel last week and have had no success. My sister teaches online and have been missing classes and have been kicked out so many times! We are as we speak trying to watch JAN series 3 on Showmax and it stalls every 15 to 30 seconds. It is SO frustrating!!!!!! We have contacted them and they opened a ticket but that doesn't help when you're an online teacher.
