Pathetic service and customer problem solving, not to mention the network. One pays for a service you are unable to use and they are full of excuses regarding problem solving. One installs wifi/fibre at home in order to be able to work from home. Please understand that I WILL NOT PAY for your service until the problem us resolved to my satisfaction.
