Herotel - North: Connectivity

Dear Herotel.

We have been offline for nearly a month now, all attempts in contacting this ISP have failed horribly. No feedback on emails, no support answering calls even managers you try to phone ignores my calls. Our business is suffering negatively, and we will seek legal compensation from you. This is by far the worst ISP in SA for connectivity. ***
