Herotel ? more like ZEROTEL

This is by far the worst service provider. i have been advised by an agent at Herotel that my fibre is faulty and he said that they would send someone out to check. I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks. Every time i communicate with them via WhatsApp , they say they will assist but no one ever assists. The customer service here is **********. Would never recommend them to anyone. Their agents are extremely laid back and unbothered about their customers. The name Herotel leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
