Herotel - more like ZEROTEL

Unfortunately Hellopeter does not allow a zero rating. I run a guesthouse in Limpopo and have had on and off non-existent service for months. The call centre cant even find your account on their system- you are put on hold for ages while they try and find it and then cut off. Try repeatedly to get an answer as to why the service has been down for 3 days. Told that they can see you had signal at 17h30 the night before - yes 0.73 on a 8mbps line and nothing after that. Promises to call bsck amount to nothing. Apparently the electricity is off on their tower and the solar panels have been ******. WELL THEN TELL ME THAT. Right now I am writing this with mobile data as there is no service. Dont expect a rebate either.
