HEROTEL LADYBRAND - Unreliable and Pathetic

Herotel LADYBRAND - never show up for appointments made by THEM and their employees. We have arranged several meetings but they never showed up. Once we call, they just don't answer. Lady working there arranged a meeting for Friday but never showed up, hqd previous issues with her. Struggle for the past 2 months now.....
