Herotel Klerksdorp, major ****mers

So due to financial difficulties I could not pay my monthly premium on my Herotel account, and as a result herotel suspended our services, we could not use wifi for 3 weeks. Now to my surprise they still charged us although services were suspended. I then called Herotel Klerksdorp as to enquire about the bill, and the rude lady who assisted me told me that unfortunately I have a contract with Herotel and that's why I should pay for a month although I didn't use their services, which I find very unfair because previously we were disconnected due to network errors, due to a very bad weather, we spent 4 days without any wifi, and we were not under charged for not being able to connect, instead we were charged for calling their maintenance team to assist with what they said was a technical problem, again we were double charged because we have a contract with them and we failed to make payment... I'm very much disappointed, the lady even went on to say if the debit order won't go through, they'll still add more money to my account...
