Herotel is Useless

It's now been months, and still, Herotel just doesn't give a **** about their customers. We have an issue with trees covering the LOS to the highsite and they just do nothing. I've made many calls to their support department, and every time they say they will follow up and get back to me, but that feedback just doesn't happen. Customer service is nonexistent!
