Herotel is the same as ANC

Herotel is so bad that I don't know where to begin, since Thursday 28 Marc 2024 till tonight the 02 April 2024, all I get is promises that they will call me, and with 2 rude agents (Sindisile and Marco) they made it worse by dropping the call on me when I asked for help, I think Herotel is owed by ANC
