Herotel is the most worst internet provider ever

Its the worst internet provider i have come across. The service is extremely poor and you dont get value for the money you have to pay for. The internet is most of the times slow, or off and when you contact them you stay on the line for ages with almost no solution. I wouldn't suggest them for anyone as they are so un professional iys not even funny. I would shame them as far as i can. ??
