Herotel is not customer focused!

Customer service and support from Herotel is atrocious. We are based in Sutherland, Northern Cape and our business depends on a reliable internet connection, for all forms of communication as we have no cellular access. Their Internet service is intermittent at best, with regular downtime for days.

They take weeks to acknowledge helpdesk requests and even longer to resolve them.

Herotel is a faceless organization hiding behind a website that takes you around in circles.

Herotel should seriously focus on building its brand loyalty!
