Herotel, is no Hero!

Herotel offers the worst service imaginable. Calls go unanswered, promises are broken, and follow-ups never happen. We’ve spent over a year trying to get a reliable bandwidth—without success. Excuses abound, solutions are nonexistent. After 10 years as a loyal customer, we are appalled. You can’t even cancel your account because no one will pick up the phone. Simply put: Herotel is the worst service we have ever encountered.
