Herotel is a waste of time and money.

Want to warn people about ongoing bad service from Herotel. Our internet is intermittent. They are not interested in sorting out our line. They sent 2 technicians out on Friday to sort it out. They removed one of my camera cables and said that is the problem. Now we don't have cameras and our wifi is worse. To phone them is a waste of time and the manager, Wilmont does not phone back either.
