Herotel is a waste of money

We have a 4 meg line. But we have super slow internet. In these last 5 days, I spoke to 3 agents on their Whatsapp line. Now, the 3rd agent wants me to either put my wifi off on my laptop or iPhone. Why? 4 megs is enough for both. I have a home office, and I cannot work. Oh and the receptionist in Jeffreysbay is super rude and has no capacity to work with clients.

Please do not waste your time with Herotel. There are other options available.
