Herotel is a ****py service provider

Since Herotel was installed I did not get the speeds that was promised and that I pay for. Numerous complaints were logged and the office were also called regarding this. Call was also logged tequesting refund but I was not even bot****d to be answered. We were off for days end were promised a refund but this also did not happened. Again on 3 March I complained about slow connection (<1mbps) instead of 50mbps. Some lady tried to helped and could not succeed. No my 5G connection is gone and she said she logged a call to her supervisor for assistance. Till today I was not contacted nor did someone tried to help with the slow connection. I also prevoliously rated Herotel is a ****py service provider but this also did not helped. It seems like they dont care as long as they receive their monthly payment. HEROTEL DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
