Herotel is a lying *****ing company

Absolutely poor service. My money good enough but no proper service. Asked a manager to contact me and no call for more than a week. My fiber is a 75 meg line which I pay for but cant enjoy it as it is running at less than 10 meg. They refuse to get this sorted properly telling one lies upon lies but come month end they want their money.
