Herotel is a ****. I am a loyal customer for years and today I have received an email that my account will be disconnected because of arrears of which I have invoices and up to date proof of payments. I even have email confirmation stating that I am not in arrears and they owe me money. Plus, I've got numerous complaints about their internet quality, which is very poor. Very disgusting service.
