Herotel is a *****!

I joined Herotel Fibre last year October, however the premises I moved into already had the fibre line installed, yet I am being charged an installation fee for ending my contract with them. No one can assist us on this, and we have been unhappy with their service for all these months we were with them. To my understand a clawback service can only be charged if they had to come and install the line, but in our case the line was already installed in the premises, and the rental agency even has proof of this. If no one from Herotel phones me to fix this matter, I will go forward with lawsuit because if this is happening to me, how many other people has it happened to?

I am highly dissatisfied, and I will advise anyone who wants to join them to go with Afrihost instead, their service is way better, and they don't exploit people.
