Herotel is a ****!!!!

I paid my weekly subscription and they claim that no money went into their account even after I sent them a POP. Went to my bank and they confirmed that the money left my account to Herotel. I went through the bank statement together with the bank to check if mane the money bounced back to my account for whatever reason but it didn't. I'm so disappointed. Although the money was R99 it is still money that I work hard for and would have bought something for my kids instead. I'm actively looking for other wifi options and definitely getting rid of Herotel. I just wonder how many R99 they take per month and say they haven't received.
