Herotel I want a refund.
I purchased prepaid data from cloud connect Herotel in George. I can't connect to my pre paid service and it's been two weeks. Every time someone calls me just to say they can sort it out they just need to chat to their partners. Never phones me back. Expensive and awful service. Is there any other ISP in the Wilderness George area please?

You made my blood boil some days but you assisted and got the issue resolved and for that I am very thankful. You guys aren't that bad....... 😂 I have changed my mind about you, but I and that's a positive thought. Please start interacting on this platform. It's the best way to clear up and resolve issues, so we can all get back to business. Bad reviews can become compliments. Which could restore faith and loyal happy clients back in your hands.
