Herotel Hell - Fibre Issues

Herotel Fibre is so unreliable! They do not communicate with customers when they are doing maintenance and repairs. I have not had connection for over a week now and when I call to enquire I am met with rude agents who basically tell me to go off myself because there is nothing they can do.

I would not recommend this provider to anyone. It’s truly unbelievable having to pay for a service I DO NOT HAVE
