Herotel- hell experience

I’ve had bad experiences before with businesses but this is by far my worst experience. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for my fibre installation for a company that’s contracted into my apartment. The company barely reaches out to me and I constantly have to follow with them. The initial person sent out to my apartment said there’s no fibre line in my unit only for my apartment manager to tell me that can’t be true as the previous tenant had fibre. A different person in the same company in a different department came to check and it turns out the first guy didn’t even check for the fibre line. The amount of money I’ve had to spend phone data because I can’t be without internet. I’m so tired of this
