Herotel has incredibly poor customer support

I have been trying to get my WiFi relocated but every time I get in contact with their sales team they never respond back. I have tried email, whatsapp and even on the phone and they never respond i have been trying 3 week now and nothing. But when my debit order failed last week, on purpose, they were quick to tell me my services will be cancelled, which is fine because i do not live in the house with the router anymore. But i would not recommend herotel to anybody because they were quick to install and get me to become a customer but they do not care afterwards.
