Herotel Fibre not fixing problems

The technician who did the installation of the Wifi installed a cable that was already halfway severed and covered wih insulation tape. Now the wire has completely broken and after more than a week and numerous calls, no-one has come to fix it. Their WhatsApp service is pathetic because the agents just never come online, even after holding on for more than an hour. I have called all the numbers I could find, they do not have a customer sercive email anymore I am working from home and now need to buy data ata very high rate, yet I am paying for the Herotiel Wifi.
