Herotel Fibre - "A thieving organisation"

Herotel are a bunch of *******, I reside at The Amsterdam in Olivedale which has about 1000 units.

I initially requested a 50mbs line which around 2020 cost me R850, their prices reduced R500 to be competitive in the market but without consulting me...theirs systems so called upgraded my line to 100/150mbs line for the same price instead of reducing to premium to the cost of a 50mbs line.

I showed them the speed tests done on their app that shows I had never received the 100/150mbs line speeds....their response was

"we are within our rights to make product changes without your consent"

This is the service residents receive from the Balwin Property Group....they sign up long term contracts with suppliers to line their own pockets and when you raise a dispute...No assistance what so ever from landsdowne Properties, estate management for The Amsterdam
