Herotel Fibre

I app**** for fibre 3 weeks ago and spoke to Simbongile Nxumalo (Glenwood Road Lynnwood) I made another attempt to their customer services but still don't get any feedback on the installation timeline.I feel that their service is terrible even before a contract has even started ,makes me wonder if I am making the right decision to get them as my fibre provider.
