Herotel Fiber is non-existent

Herotel is possibly the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Been down for a full day 3 times in 2 months. That is 3 working days where I couldn't work! No feedback, no updates, no eta. Also have never had the speed I am paying for. Herotel Central Herotel North Herotel West . I can't carry on stressing about the reliability of my service provider. Used all my airtime calling them and still have no internet!
