Herotel false information

I have requested to move my service from Fochville to Rustenburg, I was given an amount of R405 last week, today when I asked if I should send them the proof of payment for the R405, today I was given an amount of R2500, this is not acceptable. This is not my mistake but yours, how can you charge me this much to mov my service, I need this service cancelled from the 1st of November due to ********* behavior form your consultant that has assisted me.
