Herotel does not value their clients

I have been using herotel wifi since May last year 2024, it was the best until we had technical issues it takes forever to get assisted, I phoned, emailed and even whatsapped but still no assistance, I spoke to more than 10 agents and mind you, you hold on to a call for more than 20minutes and still no assistance, I've been calling with the same issue for almost 2 weeks now, I am honestly ****ed off and disappointed in herotel wifi, they don't value their clients anymore and it's irritating to beg a company your supporting with your own money to assist you, because if they don't wanna assist they should let you know so that you don't waste your time and effort
