Herotel does not care about customer service!

Extremely poor customer experience all the time! We have always had a Herotel account for several years now, and frankly can not go over to another service provider as Herotel is the only Fibre supplier in our area. We pay them every month on time and in full without fail. Every time we experience a problem, as is the issue at this moment, it is extremely difficult to get Herotel out to diagnose and attend to the problem. One has to phone them constantly and complain profusely to ensure that they come out to fix the problem/s one may have. I can not wait for the day that Herotel does not have the monopoly in this area any more. Maybe then they will take customer service seriously!!! If you have any other option, DO NOT use Herotel!
