Herotel disrespect to Clients

I hate the inconvenience caused by Herotel. Every week I have problems with connectivity. Their call centre is just as useless. You call and hold until they drop the call and refer you to a WhatsApp number

Event then . You'd wait for over 40mintes to get help

I'm frustrated as my work requires me to work from home.

And there is no manager to . Speak to to voice your frustration.

I pay them regularly yet no internet What am I paying for
